ONLINE PROCEDURES FOR PROCESSING OF DOCUMENTS

HOW TO PROCESS CLEARANCE

(GRADUATING STUDENTS, CREDENTIALS, CERTIFICATIONS, TRANSFER CREDENTIALS/HONORABLE DISMISSAL/RETURNING STUDENTS)

STEP 1:

Log-in to Student Portal

STEP 2:

Click Online Clearance Request

STEP 3:

Click the "+" sign to add

STEP 4:

Your information will be displayed in the Online Clearance Request Window. Your information will be displayed in the Online Clearance Request Window.

STEP 5:

Click the Clearance Type drop down box.

STEP 6:

Select from the options, then click Save

STEP 7:

A Disclaimer pop-out window will prompt you to Agree or Decline from the terms and conditions of using the service.

Your Clearance Request will be routed to the concerned department. You can check the status of your clearance from the Student Portal. After verifying that you are cleared, you may now start requesting for Order of Payment.

STEP 1:

Go to any Landbank of the Philippines branch nationwide.

STEP 2:

Prepare the amount to pay.

STEP 3:

Accomplish the "ONCOLL PAYMENT SLIP" using the following details:

Account Name: RIZAL TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY

Account Number: 2312 2220 20

AFTER PAYING, You are required to fill out the Google Form for the "ONCOLL Payment". Look for the link posted on the RTU Website. Be sure that you have with you the Machine Validated "ONCOLL PAYMENT SLIP". The information needed to fill out the Google Forms is on the slip.

STEP 4:

Access the RTU Website and click the Google Form link for "ONCOLL PAYMENT".

STEP 5:

Log-in using your Google Mail account to answer the Google Forms. (Other emails will not be accepted)

STEP 6:

Upload the image (photo) of the machine-validated ONCOLL PAYMENT SLIP to the online form. Submit the form. END.

HOW TO PAY TUITION FEE

THROUGH LANDBANK

PROCESS FOR REQUESTING OF GOOD MORAL CERTIFICATE

STEP 1:

STEP 2:

Choose Online Clearance Request and choose Certification. (Wait for your clearance to be cleared by the concerned office)

STEP 3:

Once clearance from offices is cleared, you may settle the payment at any Landbank Branch near you. (The Accounting Office will be the who will provide the account number of RTU)

STEP 4:

If payment has been made, email the Landbank Slip, your Student ID (for current student) and any Valid ID (for graduate student) to this email csa_request@rtu.edu.ph (for Boni Campus) and csapasig@rtu.edu.ph (for Pasig Campus), indicate to the body of your email the purpose being requested;

STEP 5:

You will have a confirmatory message to claim your Good Moral Certificate.

If you have a previous request prior to the lockdown, send the scanned copy or picture of the receipt and your Student ID (for current student) and any Valid ID (for graduate student) and indicate the purpose being requested via email.

HOW TO SETTLE PAYMENTS FOR

Tutorial Fee, TOR, TCG, or other Certificates, Withdrawal of Credentials, LOA (Returning Students)

STEP 1:

Email Accounting Office at acctrequest@rtu.edu.ph if requesting TOR, TCG, and other Certificates, carbon copy (CC) registrar@rtu.edu.ph (for Boni) or sracpasig@rtu.edu.ph (for Pasig) to request for the Order of Payment (OOP) you want to pay. NOTE: Wait for the email reply from accounting office before proceeding to the next step.

STEP 2:

Log-in to your Student Portal then select Student Accountabilities

STEP 3:

Press CTRL + P to print Order of Payment (OOP)

STEP 4:

Go to any Landbank of the Philippines (LBP) Branch and bring the printed OOP

STEP 5:

Fill out the Cash Deposit Slip with the following details:

Account Name: RIZAL TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY

Account Number: 2312-1001-37

STEP 6:

AFTER PAYMENT. Log-in to your Student Portal

STEP 7:

Select Deposit Slip Upload then enter the Payment Details.

STEP 8:

Upload the image (photo) of the Machine Validated Cash Deposit Slip for payment confirmation.

NOTE:

• Wait for at least 1 business day after uploading the Machine Validated Cash Deposit Slip for the confirmation of your payment.

• Machine Validated Cash Deposit Slip uploaded after 3:00 pm is considered transaction for the following day. Check your Student Ledger to verify the posting of the payment made.

• For request concerning Student Records and Admission Center (SRAC), expect an email coming from SRAC. Check your email regularly.
