As individuals, we have different stages in life and experiences, but we also have similar encounters with the term bullying. There are different types of bullying, and even it doesn't look harmful and dangerous in the eyes of young people. It significantly affects how the oppressor behaves and possibly harms the victims in the long run. It can dramatically impact an individual's well-being as they have contact as a victim of bullying. As mental health advocates, we should end and not foster this negativity inflicting harm to people. As small steps begin, it can cause a huge difference and bring a change to people. We should promote hope and help people continue living and enjoying their lives.
